A premier provider of rehabilitation centers came to us with a problem; patients were dropping off before they even came to the facilities – they were struggling with helping as many as they could. After some research and user interviews, we discovered that there was a break in the intake process. We also discovered there was a strong opportunity to allow previous attendees to help with the success of staying on the road to recovery.
